When you contact us, we will schedule a phone consultation to go over some basic questions about your block of land, your design ideas and how much you'd like to invest in your home. Once we have established these basics and your land has settled, we will schedule a site meeting with Jeremy and one of our preferred Building Designers to begin the design process. Jeremy and the Building Designer will give input into aspects of your home to ensure suitability to the land, budget requirements and functionality.  
Your home is one of your biggest investments, so during the planning stage we focus greatly on perfecting the fine details of your wants, needs and budget. Our detailed planning stage enables a smooth build process as well as a home that is customised to you. Once your house plans are finalised and your are happy with our estimated price range to build we can enter into a Preliminary Agreement which includes the coordination of a soil test, engineering, any relevant assessments or ratings, an interior selections consult and a formal quotation to build. The quotation process can take 4-6 weeks once engineering & selections are completed.
Once the preliminary works are completed and you are happy with the quote to build we can sign a Building Contract and submit your house plans to our certifier for approval.
When all approvals and permits have been received from our certifier, the build process can begin. Approval & permits can take up to 6 weeks, depending on how busy the building season is at the time. Throughout your build, you can contact Jeremy to arrange a site visit your home under construction; we require that you follow the safety regulations & only visit the site with a scheduled time from the builder.
You will have multiple site meetings with Jeremy and the subcontractors to keep you updated on your home's progress. We will email you a schedule of works and a timeline so you can see what part of the build will happen when. If the schedule changes we will update you along the way.
Jeremy will give you a guide as to when the handover of your new home will be expected to occur; keeping in mind the weather can influence this, so it may change. Once the job is nearing completion, an exact handover date will be scheduled. Jeremy will walk you through your home on handover day and give you the necessary handover paperwork and appliance manuals.
Once you have settled into your home, we will contact you to arrange a photo shoot with our Stylist and Photographer.
